Board member Gabriela Alemán is a Salvadoran/Nicaraguan – American community organizer from San Francisco’s Mission District. Her long time advocacy has centered around Central American Inclusion within the arts, and to advance local policy initiatives aimed at Latinx equity in San Francisco. She is currently the Community Engagement & Resources Manager at Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center and is the Director & Co-Founder of the volunteer mutual-aid group, Mission Meals Coalition.
